Sam is the CEO and Co-Founder of pitchIN, a registered market operator by the Securities Commission to offer Equity Crowdfunding. pitchIN is Malaysia’s homegrown premier crowdfunding platform having pioneered crowdfunding in Malaysia.

He is also the CEO of WatchTower and Friends (WTF) Accelerator that is focused on investing in early stage tech startups. WTF Accelerator has invested in 29 tech startups in Malaysia since January 2015. Sam spent 15 years in public service as a Deputy Public Prosecutor as well as stints in the Securities Commission and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

​He is also a Council Member of the Malaysian Business Angel Network and was also named in Digital News Asia’s 2016 Digerati 50, celebrating 50 individuals that have been identified as being those who will help shape Malaysia’s Digital Economy over the next two years.
